What You Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who’s not only passionate about technology and reliable but also loves working with people. Here’s what will help you crush it in this role:
Essential Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Expert in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React, NextJS, Tailwind) and state management (Redux).
Good level of back-end technologies (either .NET / WebAPI or NodeJS, Supabase or experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Express or Nest)
Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with Azure Cloud.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of CI/CD.
Experience with source control (Git).
Debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing skills.
Solid understanding of OOP and service-oriented architecture.
Proactive problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.
Ability to estimate development effort.
Fluency in English and Romanian.
