Full Stack Developer – Workplace Technology Solutions

Summary

Builds and maintains scalable backend services and APIs in Go (Gin) and develops responsive web UIs for workplace tech solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang and the Gin Framework.
  • Build and optimize microservices and RESTful APIs to support workplace technology solutions.
  • Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance applications following software engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
  • Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
  • Perform code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
  • Develop and enhance user interfaces for internal and customer-facing applications.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to deliver responsive and user-friendly web applications.
  • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services.
  • Build, manage, and maintain Dockerized application environments.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure smooth application delivery and performance.
  • Follow established Git workflows for source control, branching, code reviews, and release management.

Requirements

  • Golang development experience, including the Gin Framework
  • Docker containerization and deployment
  • Git workflow management, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and version control best practices
  • Minimum 3 years of software development experience in full-stack or backend-focused development roles.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps concepts, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and application deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or workplace technology solutions.
