Full Stack Developer

This is a remote position.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications. You will work with a variety of technologies and frameworks to create responsive, efficient, and scalable web solutions.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software. This position requires a solid understanding of both client-side and server-side programming, database management, and DevOps practices.​

Requirements

Required Technical Skills

• 3-6+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
  
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
  
• Deep understanding of React including hooks, context, and modern patterns.
  
• Experience with Next.js or similar meta-frameworks.
  
• Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js backend development.
  
• Proficiency with MongoDB and NoSQL database design.
  
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
  
• Proficiency with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
  
• Experience with component libraries (Material-UI or similar).
  
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
  
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
  

Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience with monorepo architectures (Turborepo or similar).
  
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts, or similar).
  
• Experience with search engines (MeiliSearch, Elasticsearch, Algolia, or similar).
  
• Knowledge of feature flag systems.
  
• Experience with performance monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog, Sentry or similar).
  
• Familiarity with code quality tools (Biome, ESLint, Prettier, or similar).
  
• Familiarity with client-side persistence strategies (localStorage, IndexedDB).
  
• Experience with Python for scripting and automation.
  
• Familiarity with data processing and ETL workflows.
  
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS or GCP).
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Build and maintain complex React components using Next.js App Router architecture.

• Manage application state with proper state architecture and create reusable custom hooks.
  
• Implement advanced data tables with virtualization and complex filtering.
  
• Optimize frontend performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
  

• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Express.js in a monorepo architecture.
  
• Design efficient MongoDB schemas with proper indexing and query optimization.
  
• Build scalable, maintainable backend services and integrate with external third-party APIs.
  
• Implement authentication and authorization flows.
  
• Develop data processing pipelines and business logic.
  
• Optimize backend and API performance.
  

• Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team conventions.
  
• Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical planning.
  
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  
• Debug and resolve production issues across the full stack.
