As we scale, we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team full-time in our Sydney office — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep experience, particularly with PHP.

You'll work side-by-side with a cross-functional team of developers, brokers, product leaders, and marketing pros. We’re an ideas-led, solutions-focused workplace, and we want someone who’s ready to lead by example and contribute meaningfully to our technical direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and contribute to feature development across backend and frontend systems.
Work across multiple codebases, making architectural decisions that support scalability and performance.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to build and refine features.
Solve complex bugs and implement efficient, reliable fixes.
Guide and mentor mid-level and junior developers.
Contribute to code reviews and assist with AWS infrastructure where needed
Drive technical discussions and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and observability.
What We’re Looking For
5+ year of full stack development experience
Strong experience with React (TypeScript preferred), and Next.js.
Skilled in Node.js and backend development best practices.
Experience working with MongoDB.
Experience working with AWS infrastructure
Proven ability to integrate and work with 3rd-party APIs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
