You'll work across the whole stack: React/Next.js interfaces, APIs and backend logic, integrations with our AI agents and LLM- and MCP-based features. No tickets handed down from above: you take part in product and architecture decisions, and ship to production fast.

What we're looking for
- 3+ years of full stack experience, ideally 5+
- Solid in React/Next.js and TypeScript, comfortable on the backend and APIs too
- Comfortable with relational databases (Postgres/Supabase) and cloud deployments
- C1 English — we're an international company, not all colleagues speak Italian
- Based in Milan — flexible on remote, but you'll come into the office now and then
