Full stack Developer

ZAP Group is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving web-based applications that support ZAP's business and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications from frontend to backend.

Build scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications.

Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and database systems.

Collaborate with Product, IT, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Ensure application quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing system improvements.

Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.

Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React.js / Next.js.

Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js / Express.js or equivalent.

Good understanding of REST API, database, Git, and software development lifecycle.

Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
