We have helped thousands of people across 70+ countries with weight management, thyroid care, hormonal balance, diabetes and more. Our platform spans a public website, a coach portal, and mobile apps for both clients and coaches.

What you will actually do

This is not a shadowing internship. You will ship code that real customers use, from your first weeks:

Turn Figma designs into working, responsive React and React Native screens

Write and wire up APIs, and connect screens to real backend data

Fix and refine existing front-end behaviour across web and mobile

Build and test the iOS and Android apps on real devices

Work across the stack — a task may start in the UI and end in a database query

Tech stack Needed:

Web: Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Mobile: React Native (bare workflow), React Navigation

Backend: AWS Amplify — GraphQL (AppSync), DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, S3

State: XState state machines

Tools: Git and GitHub, Figma

What we are looking for:

Solid JavaScript fundamentals, and comfort with TypeScript basics

Hands-on React — you have built something beyond a tutorial

You can read a Figma file and reproduce it accurately in code, including responsive behaviour

Understanding of how a front end talks to an API — REST or GraphQL

Comfortable with Git: branches, commits, pull requests

You debug rather than guess, and you say when you are stuck

Available full-time for at least 6 months

Nice to have

React Native, or any native mobile experience

Any cloud exposure — AWS, Firebase, Supabase

Familiarity with GraphQL

A GitHub profile or portfolio we can look through

What you get

Stipend: ₹6,000–₹8,000 per month, set by performance and reviewed through the internship

Duration: 6–9 months, full-time

Role Description The Full-Stack Development Intern will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that reflect Rustic Wisdom’s mission and products. Day-to-day tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, building and integrating back-end APIs, debugging and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. The intern will participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing to ensure reliability, performance, and security. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with product, design, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to solve problems, optimize code, and interpret user and system requirements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, contribute to discussions, and document technical work clearly.
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including familiarity with full-stack frameworks, version control, and basic software engineering practices.
• Candidates should possess Programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java) and an understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, databases).
• Candidates should possess Sales awareness or an interest in understanding user needs and business goals to build features that support growth and customer engagement.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• An interest in wellness, traditional knowledge systems, or culture-driven products is an added advantage.
