Full Stack Development - Java and React - Incentive Management

Role & responsibilities

• Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain end-to-end solutions that support business and technical requirements.
• Involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, testing , deployment and maintenance of new and existing features.
• Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design
• Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

• 7-10 years experience in building large-scale software applications
• Experience in building web applications
• Experience in Shellscripting.
• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Experience in designing and integrating SOAP web service
• In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like Anguar,Struts, JSF, and Spring MVC.
• Extensive knowledge in Java development , Webservices and JavaScript
• Experience in DevOps Tools (Github, Gitlab, Jenkins or deployment tools, etc)
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
• Experience in unit/integration testing
• Excellent communications skills
