Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Team Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java and React to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The role combines technical leadership, software architecture, and end-to-end development within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Drive hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Oversee application architecture, system design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project execution.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement development best practices.
- Support AWS cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and application optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in financial services is an advantage.
