Full Stack Development Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Development Trainer to train and mentor students/freshers in modern web development technologies. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in front-end and back-end development along with excellent communication and presentation skills. The trainer will be responsible for conducting practical sessions, guiding projects, and preparing learners for industry-level development roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on Full Stack Development technologies.
  
• Teach front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js/Angular.
  
• Train students on back-end development using Node.js, Express.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
  
• Provide knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
  
• Conduct live coding sessions, assignments, workshops, and mini-projects.
  
• Guide students in building real-world projects and deploying applications.
  
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, coding tasks, and mock interviews.
  
• Update training materials according to current industry trends and technologies.
  
• Support students with debugging, problem-solving, and career guidance.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Full Stack Development concepts.
  
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, APIs, and Database Management.
  
• Understanding of Git/GitHub and deployment processes.
  
• Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  
• Ability to handle both online and offline training sessions.
  
• Knowledge of real-world application development and SDLC.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in Full Stack Development or Technical Training.
  
• Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage.
