The Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer / DevOps Engineer with strong Python and cloud expertise to help build scalable applications, automation solutions and modern cloud infrastructure in a fast-moving innovation environment.

You will work closely with technical and business teams, contributing to architecture, backend and frontend development, data platforms, DevOps and AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python web services and APIs
• Contribute to frontend, backend, data platforms and overall architecture
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Support scalable cloud deployments and infrastructure
• Collaborate with IT teams on service communication and integrations
• Develop custom solutions and automation for data, risk and other business teams
• Provide technical input to business analysis and solution design
• Establish coding, documentation and engineering best practices
• Implement AI-based regression testing
• Advise on technology choices and long-term architecture
• Continuously improve workflows, processes and development practices

• Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer in a startup or scale-up environment
• Strong hands-on Python, cloud architecture and deployment expertise
• Comfortable working across frontend and backend environments
• Strong understanding of scalable application and data architecture
• Experienced with modern DevOps and cloud-native practices
• Autonomous, structured and highly execution-oriented
• Strong team player who values trust, feedback and collaboration
• Able to operate independently without micromanagement
• Committed to clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Curious and willing to learn new technologies when the project requires it
• Experience in B2B trade or trade credit insurance is a plus
