What You Will Do
Build and operate web products end-to-end across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure and deployment.
Translate product ideas and user needs into working software quickly, then iterate based on feedback and evidence.
Make pragmatic architecture and technology decisions that balance speed, quality, maintainability and scalability.
Work closely with product managers, designers and stakeholders from discovery through delivery and iteration.
Set up fit-for-purpose engineering foundations such as automated testing, CI/CD, observability and security without slowing experimentation.
Own outcomes across the product lifecycle and contribute reusable patterns and practices to help the wider team move faster.
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with recent experience actively writing and shipping production code.
Strong, recent Node.js experience and familiarity with the modern Node.js ecosystem.
Proven experience building a web system end-to-end - including frontend, backend, databases, APIs, infrastructure and deployment.
Strong understanding of modern web architecture, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and software engineering practices.
Comfortable working independently in ambiguous problem spaces and making sound technical decisions.
Preferred
Startup, innovation-team or fast-moving product experience, with a strong bias for action and delivery.
Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, including AI coding agents, code generation or automated code review.
Track record of taking a product from idea or prototype through to production.
Experience working in cross-functional agile product teams with product managers and designers.
