Full-Stack Engineer
NewAbout the role
We are hiring a full-stack engineer to help carry one of our key platform through its next phase: an extranet portal used every day by our clients, freelance vendors and internal staff, and the services and integrations behind it. The platform handles quotes, missions, invoicing, document exchange and remote interpreting across six locales.
You will work across the whole stack, from the interface people click to the services and APIs behind it, alongside one senior engineer who holds deep knowledge of the platform, and in close collaboration with our AI team.
This is a working, revenue-carrying system with real technical debt, on a path toward our new platform. Your mission is to keep it reliable, modernize it thoughtfully, and help migrate it, without breaking a system people depend on every day. If you want a greenfield rebuild, this is not your role. If you like taking an imperfect, important system and making it genuinely better, it is.

-
Drive the migration from legacy systems to scalable, maintainable architectures.
-
Build and maintain integrations and data flows across platform, database, and AI ecosystems.
-
Partner with AI teams to integrate translation and transcription services reliably.
-
Improve engineering standards through better tooling, testing, observability, and documentation.
-
Work across technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, .NET, Python, REST APIs, and relational databases.

Help evolve the front-end architecture, design system, and development tooling.

- Experience integrating external/AI services with validation, retry, and fallback mechanisms.
- Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte) and build tools.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS), infrastructure-as-code, and event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to Python, .NET, Elasticsearch, NoSQL databases, or localization/content technologies is a plus.
