Join a remote-first digital product engineering team building AI-powered applications for startups, established brands, and enterprise clients. You will work across the development lifecycle, translating client needs into production-ready solutions and collaborating with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business objectives, technical environments, and product requirements, and translate them into engineering solutions.
• Architect, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and Go.
• Design AI applications and agentic workflows, including integrations with Model Context Protocol servers and LLM tools.
• Configure, tune, and manage large language models and related services to meet performance, cost, and reliability needs.
• Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, information extraction, document generation, semantic search, and data normalization.
• Build testing, experimentation, and evaluation frameworks to validate model outputs and agent behaviour.
• Apply monitoring, testing, deployment, observability, and reliability practices across AI-enabled services.
• Design data pipelines, data lakes, and supporting infrastructure.
• Evaluate architecture options and communicate technical trade-offs and risks to clients.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, and stakeholder teams, and stay current with relevant developments in AI and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Approximately 4–6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, delivering and maintaining production software across the stack.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern web technologies, including React and Node.js.
