Full Stack Engineer (AI Systems)

Job Scope

• Work closely with ML, backend and product teams to deliver features end to end.
• Build real-time AI interactions with streaming, partial results and strict latency targets.
• Enhance system reliability, observability and fallback handling.
• Develop complete product features spanning frontend, backend and AI integrations.
• Keep improving features based on actual usage patterns and failure cases.
• Design multi-step agent workflows covering planning, tool use, error handling and recovery.
• Integrate LLMs, memory and external tools into systems that perform reliably in real-world conditions.

Requirements

• Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to take features from concept to production.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG systems or AI-powered applications.
• Strong full stack engineering experience across frontend and backend.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve.
• Able to handle ambiguity and make practical engineering decisions.
• Good understanding of system design and API architecture.
