Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and hands‑on Full Stack Engineer (AI) to design, build, and maintain scalable software systems and AI-powered product experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across modern full stack development, with a solid understanding of building reliable AI workflows, testing systems, and production‑grade applications.

This role requires a balance of software engineering excellence, AI system design, quality engineering, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.

• Proven experience in designing and buildingscalable, reliable, and maintainablesoftware systems.
• Strong proficiency in modern web development technologies such asReact.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Deep understanding ofbrowser architectureand frontend performance considerations.
• Experience buildingLLM-powered workflows, including:
• Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Tool calling
• Structured outputs
• Agent‑based workflows
• Human‑in‑the‑loop patterns
• Experience creatingevaluation pipelinesusing:
• Golden datasets
• Regression tests
• Deterministic evaluators
• LLM‑as‑a‑judge approaches
• Ability to implementobservability, monitoring, guardrails, fallbacks, and validationfor dependable AI systems.
• Strong judgment in balancingmodel quality, latency, reliability, maintainability, and cost.
• Hands‑on experience withautomated testingacross unit, integration, and end‑to‑end layers.
• Familiarity withtest automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure concepts.
• Solid understanding ofagile engineering practicesand software delivery workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze complex system behavior, logs, and root causes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade‑offs, risks, and quality standards to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM features into production systems.
• Develop robust RAG and agent‑based workflows to support intelligent product experiences.
• Create and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure AI system quality and stability.
• Implement monitoring, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms to ensure safe and reliable AI behavior.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to automated testing and CI/CD improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Debug production and development issues efficiently and provide root cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI‑driven products in production environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, containers, and modern deployment practices.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, model selection, and AI system evaluation.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, agile teams.
