What you'll do
- Build and own the core product interface — document viewers, annotation layers, review workflows
- Design and implement APIs that connect AI systems to the front-end in a reliable, low-latency way
- Own the data layer — schema design, query performance, and data integrity in a compliance-sensitive environment
- Work directly with customers to understand how they work and translate that into product decisions fast
- Strong opinions on what AI-native UX should look like
- Demonstrated experience shipping full-stack products end-to-end
- Product-minded — you think about the user experience, not just the implementation
- Shipped AI products (not exclusive to LLMs) — you don't need to build the models but you know how to build around them
- Ability to move fast without creating a mess you'll regret in six months
- Curiosity xqbhyrx about hard, document-heavy domains with high accuracy requirements
- Experience in Pharma / Biotech a plus but, curiosity is more important
Work with a lean team with deep experience in Pharma, AI, and building from 0 to 1. You will have a high level of ownership from day one and shape both the product and the business.
