You'll be an early engineer at Aldren, working directly with the founding team to build an AI-native product for regulatory teams in pharma and biotech.
What you’ll do
- Build and own the core product interface — document viewers, annotation layers, review workflows
- Design and implement APIs that connect AI systems to the front‑end in a reliable, low-latency way
- Own the data layer — schema design, query performance, and data integrity in a compliance-sensitive environment
- Work directly with customers to understand how they work and translate that into product decisions fast
- Strong opinions on what AI‑native UX should look like
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience shipping full‑stack products end‑to‑end
- Product‑minded — you think about the user experience, not just the implementation
- Shipped AI products (not exclusive to LLMs) — you don’t need to build the models but you know how to build around them
- Ability to move fast without creating xqbhyrx a mess you’ll regret in six months
- Curiosity about hard, document‑heavy domains with high accuracy requirements
- Experience in Pharma / Biotech a plus but, curiosity is more important
