Summary
Maintains and enhances an existing product's mobile apps, backend services, APIs, and databases — debugging payment flows (Razorpay), resolving incidents from uptime/crash alerts, supporting deployments and CI/CD, and building minor approved enhancements. Needs 3–4 years of full-stack experience; exact stack confirmed during screening.
Role & responsibilities
- Maintain, debug and enhance existing mobile applications, backend services, APIs and databases.
- Resolve issues across user registration, login, assessments, scoring, report generation and compatibility features.
- Troubleshoot Razorpay payment confirmations, webhooks, transaction reconciliation and report-access failures.
- Review automated uptime, crash, API and infrastructure alerts; investigate incidents and implement fixes.
- Support secure deployments, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, release testing and rollback.
- Undertake routine dependency/security updates, backup verification and basic cloud troubleshooting.
- Validate GA4/Firebase tracking and reconcile key events with backend records.
- Build approved minor enhancements, maintain test cases, documentation and incident logs; coordinate with specialist DevOps/security vendors when needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 to 4 years of practical full-stack development, including real production application support.
- Strong proficiency in the technologies used by our existing frontend/mobile and backend stack (exact stack to be confirmed during screening).
- REST APIs, authentication, database queries and debugging (SQL or NoSQL).
- Working knowledge of Android/iOS application integrations and release processes.
- Git/GitHub, deployment workflows, cloud application logs, error monitoring and basic CI/CD.
- Sound understanding of API security, access controls, secure coding and troubleshooting third-party integrations.
- Ability to independently diagnose routine incidents and communicate fixes clearly.
