What You Will Do
- Develop end-to-end features using Kotlin/Java Spring Boot microservices on Azure Container Apps and React/TypeScript frontends on Azure Static Web Apps.
- Contribute to technical design decisions and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) while maintaining observability, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding standards.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to shape practical solutions, leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code responsibly to improve productivity.
The ideal candidate
- Strong hands-on experience building Spring Boot microservices in Kotlin or Java, with expertise in REST APIs and containerized cloud deployments (preferably Azure).
- Proven proficiency in React and TypeScript for building accessible, performant UIs, alongside a solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals like resilience and failure handling.
- A collaborative mindset experienced in code reviews and pairing, with an ability to integrate GenAI tools into their workflow to improve code quality and consistency.
