Full Stack Engineer
Summary
Build and maintain a secure, scalable cloud file-transfer platform using Vue.js, Laravel, and Go, while providing production support and collaborating with DevOps and security teams.
Role Responsibilities:
Perform full-stack development for a live, mission-critical Cloud File Transfer platform, with strong focus on reliability, performance, and production stability.
Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient frontend and backend services.
Provide L3 production support, including incident response, root-cause analysis, fixes, and coordination with DevOps teams.
Collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, and QA engineers to resolve application and security issues within defined SLAs.
Support release management and change validation, including impact assessment, rollback planning, and post-release verification.
Contribute to operational artefacts such as runbooks, dashboards, health checks, and troubleshooting guides.
Analyse application and operational metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and implement proactive improvements.
Communicate clearly during incidents, releases, and system changes to maintain transparency and trust.
Apply security, reliability, and observability best practices in system design and enhancements.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer supporting production systems. Strong hands-on experience with VueJS, Laravel, and Golang. Solid understanding of frontend frameworks, RESTful APIs, and containerization. Experience with Docker; Kubernetes or ECS exposure is preferred. Proven experience handling L3 support, incident debugging, and RCA in live environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage. Prior experience on Singapore Government projects is preferred
