Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Fullstack Engineer to take ownership of delivering complex, end-to-end features in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
In this role, “done” means fully tested, documented, and deployed. You’ll balance high-quality frontend experiences in React with the performance, scalability, and security of a Python backend.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and ship production-ready systems (from database schema to frontend state management)
- Develop scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs for diverse use cases and integrations
- Champion TDD and pair programming to maintain high code quality
- Optimise frontend performance (web vitals) and backend latency
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation improvements
Your Toolkit
- 3–5 years’ experience building and maintaining production-grade applications
- Experience working in Agile/Lean environments with a test-first mindset
- Bonus: Ability to work with Figma designs and specifications
