About Us Brightdigitalpath is a fintech startup building modern financial products and scalable digital platforms. We focuses on reliable backend systems, intuitive user experiences, and infrastructure that supports complex financial workflows. This role will contribute to a payment platform while owning features across both backend and frontend systems. Responsibilities * Design and build scalable backend services using Python and Node.js, with a strong focus on data integrity and reliability. * Develop modern, user-friendly frontend experiences for financial and transactional workflows. * Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs, external platforms, and financial service providers. * Own features end-to-end, from technical design and database architecture to frontend implementation and production deployment. * Improve engineering quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and performance optimization. Requirements * Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, for technical discussions and customer meetings. * Strong experience with Python and Node.js, along with modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript. * 5+ years of professional full-stack or backend-focused software engineering experience. * Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, REST APIs, data consistency, and scalable system design. * Experience with AWS, distributed systems, third-party integrations, or transaction-heavy applications is preferred; fintech experience is a plus, not required What We Offer * Interview Process: Screening → Technical Interview → Final Interview. * Paid Training: 1–2 months of paid training and customer meetings to become familiar with the project and workflows. Training compensation is $100–$150 per week. * Project Compensation: After becoming familiar with the customers and project, compensation will be $30,000–$40,000, based on performance.
