Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable digital solutions that support business objectives and enhance user experiences. The successful candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and platforms.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain complex software applications and components across front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and system architectures to evaluate technology opportunities and support solution design decisions.
• Apply agile development practices, design thinking methodologies, and customer-focused approaches to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud services, and automation tools, to create business value and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with UX designers, software engineers, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to develop enterprise technology solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and consultancy throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Experience in full-stack software development across modern web and application technologies.
• Proficiency in one or more modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Nuxt.
• Proficiency in back-end development using technologies such as Node.js, Go, Java, C#, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and application architecture.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience designing and developing solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience working with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data-driven application development.
• Experience with enterprise application development and large-scale system integration.
