About the Role

A fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed AI SaaS startup in the sales automation space is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build AI systems end-to-end. This is a hands-on, high-agency role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a founder mindset to shipping complex, production-grade web applications. You'll join a small, product-focused engineering team delivering scalable, AI-powered software to distributors and manufacturers.

What You'll Do

  • Own the architecture and design of AI-powered systems from the ground up.

  • Collaborate with engineers across the full stack to deliver robust features.

  • Build data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently.

  • Deploy and manage software in cloud environments.

  • Make the backend scalable, stable, and efficient.

  • Develop scalable, reusable frontend components and API structures.

  • Write clean, maintainable code with sensible test coverage.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of full-time professional software engineering experience.

  • Proficiency building end-to-end AI-powered web applications using Next.js / React on the frontend and Python on the backend.

  • Demonstrated product-minded mindset with a track record of shipping complex web applications.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD practices.

  • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with ML/NLP technologies, including embeddings, vector databases, and RLHF, and deploying ML components in production.

  • Experience with ML model serving and inference pipelines in production environments.

  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $90,000 – $200,000 USD annually

  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

This is a fully on-site role based in Munich, Germany. Remote work is not available.
