Focus: AI-assisted software development and customer engagement products
You'll be joining a newly formed team delivering high-impact features for a global loyalty programme. The role combines traditional full-stack engineering with the use of Agentic AI tools such as Claude, Codex, and other AI agents to accelerate development and innovation.
We're particularly interested in engineers with:
- React/TypeScript experience
- Strong Java backend development
- AWS and CloudFormation knowledge
- Commercial experience using AI-assisted development tools
- Experience building scalable customer-facing applications
