Contract full-stack role through ScienTec Consulting building secure web applications, dashboards, and APIs for cybersecurity risk monitoring and compliance automation on Singapore government digital projects, using React/Next.js/Vue with Node.js/Python/Java/.NET, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevSecOps, and exploring AI/LLM solutions.
Salary: SGD 5000 - 10000 per month
We're looking for experienced Full Stack Software Engineers to build secure, scalable applications supporting cybersecurity, risk monitoring and compliance automation for government digital projects.Job Type: Contract

- Develop and maintain secure full-stack applications for risk monitoring and compliance assessments.
- Build frontend and backend applications, APIs, databases and automated workflows.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor compliance gaps, security risks and remediation progress.
- Implement secure coding, automated testing, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and explore AI/LLM solutions to improve compliance automation.
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 development lifecycles and production application experience.
- Strong experience in React, Next.js or Vue.js, with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java or .NET.
- Proficiency in SQL/PostgreSQL, API development, system integration and data processing.
- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes or Infrastructure as Code, with knowledge of application security and automated testing.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management or IT compliance is preferred. Exposure to IM8, NIST, ISO 27001 or AI/LLM technologies is advantageous.
