Full Stack Engineer

What you will do:Design and build high-quality features end-to-end across web and backend platforms with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.Participate actively in technical design discussions and contribute meaningful input on architecture and implementation approaches.Partner closely with Product and Design to rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on new ideas, helping shape requirements and technical solutions in areas where the path forward may not yet be fully defined.Write well-tested, well-documented code and hold a high bar in code review.What you'll need:Must have-4+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems, including rich experience in end-to-end system design and delivery.Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development and React/Next.Js or React Native for UI development;

must have hands-on fullstack engineering experience.Solid understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and delivery fundamentals.Clear written and verbal communication with teammates, product managers, and stakeholders.Nice to havePrior experience in distributed systems, high-traffic services, or data-intensive platforms.Familiarity with agile/scrum delivery models.Experience integrating third-party video conferencing solutions into web or enterprise applications using APIs or SDKs.
