Full Stack Engineer

The Intermediate .NET Software Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions, contributing to technical problem-solving, and collaborating within high-performing engineering teams. The role focuses on building robust, scalable applications while applying strong engineering practices across diverse client environments. This position supports innovation, continuous improvement, and the creation of impactful solutions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility 1: Software Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET technologies
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Contribute to technical problem-solving and solution design
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices

Responsibility 2: Collaboration & Team Contribution

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and architects
• Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to collaborative delivery and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibility 3: Technical Problem Solving & Innovation

• Analyse and resolve technical challenges effectively

• Build software solutions tailored to client needs across industries such as hospitality, medical, insurance, banking, and more

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• 4+ years’ experience in software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft .NET and related technologies
• Experience with modern software development tools and practices
• Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with React or Angular
• Exposure to a range of front-end and back-end technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Industry certifications or relevant technical training

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Equivalent practical experience considered
