Design, develop, and deploy new features independently across the entire stack (Backend, Web, and Mobile Backend integration)

Build reliable, secure, and scalable microservices and backend systems using Kotlin, Typescript, and Go

Analyze and optimize database queries, memory management, and spatial efficiency to actively cut down infrastructure waste

Write clean, well-documented, and highly predictable code, prioritizing maintainability over over-engineered complexity

Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Design teams to translate operational bottlenecks into efficient technical solutions

Qualifications:

4+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Engineer in a high-growth environment or distributed systems setup

Deep proficiency in Typescript and Kotlin for building robust, high-throughput backend services and mobile apps

Solid experience optimizing relational and non-relational databases

Proven track record of extreme ownership, shipping production-ready features from conception to deployment with minimal supervision

Pragmatic problem solver with a solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud resource utilization

Clear communicator able to explain complex technical trade-offs concisely to both engineering peers and operational stakeholders

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with geospatial data, spatial indexing, or large-scale data warehouses

Experience in logistics, 3PL, mobility, or startup operational systems
