We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineer
who is passionate about building
high-performance, scalable, and maintainable applications
across multiple client projects. The role will support both
new feature delivery and steady-state engineering ownership , ensuring system reliability, strong engineering practices, and effective collaboration across stakeholders. The ideal candidate is hands-on with
Golang ,
SvelteKit (or similar) , and
GraphQL , and is experienced in
microservices-based architectures . Primary Responsibilities
Application Engineering Delivery & Continuity
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using
Golang (backend)
and
SvelteKit (frontend) . Build, optimize, and maintain
GraphQL APIs
for data-driven applications. Implement and evolve
microservices
for modularity, scalability, and resilience. Support steady-state engineering operations: bug fixes, incident support, root cause analysis, and production stability improvements. Architecture, Quality & Engineering Practices
Contribute to technical architecture discussions and drive engineering best practices across client projects. Ensure code quality through
peer reviews ,
automated testing , and
CI/CD
practices. Support performance tuning and system optimization (application-level and database-level). Maintain clear technical documentation (design notes, API contracts, runbooks where applicable). Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality software. Provide continuity across multiple stakeholders by tracking technical dependencies, delivery risks, and follow-through items to closure. Mentor engineers and contribute to team capability uplift through guidance and knowledge sharing. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science / Software Engineering
or related discipline. 7+ years
of professional experience as a
full-stack or backend engineer . Strong proficiency in
Golang
for backend development. Proficiency in
SvelteKit
or similar modern frontend frameworks (e.g.,
React ,
Vue ). Experience building and maintaining
GraphQL APIs . Deep understanding of
microservices architecture
and
distributed systems
concepts. Strong SQL skills with experience in
PostgreSQL
and
MS SQL
(schema design, query tuning). Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines , testing practices, and version control (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Good to Have
Experience delivering solutions on
AWS
(e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, API Gateway). Familiarity with
Temporal Workflow
(or similar orchestration frameworks). Experience with
Node.js
for backend/API development. Experience with
Docker
and/or
Kubernetes . Background in
performance tuning ,
observability , and system optimization. Experience mentoring or leading small engineering teams. Soft Skills
Strong ownership mindset with disciplined follow-through across multiple client deliverables. Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
