Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and development of the Connect platform to simplify ISP procurement and management.
- Build and scale complex technical products that integrate hardware and software components.
- Develop and optimize full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and Go.
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and external partners to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Solve challenging integration problems to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally within an early-stage startup.
- Proven ability to build and scale complex products during growth phases (Series C-E).
- Experience developing solutions that integrate hardware and software.
- Strong background in managing external partnerships and working with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Go, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Solid foundation in full-stack development, including API integrations and web application scaling.
Education:
- A degree in Computer Science from a reputable university is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an early engineering hire (among the first 5–10 engineers at a successful startup).
- Experience as a founder or early employee in a startup environment.
- Strong product ownership mentality with a proactive problem-solving approach.
