Full Stack Engineer

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Full-Stack, End-to-End Development:

• Build features across the whole vertical slice: Laravel/PHPREST APIs and services and the React.js/Next.js (TypeScript) web application that consumes them.
• Design and optimize MySQL schemas and queries; use Redis for caching and queues.
• Write high-quality, scalable, maintainable code with tests; participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards.

Backend (Laravel / PHP):

• REST APIs consumed by the web and mobile clients.
• Multi-tenant architecture supports data isolation and per-tenant configuration.
• Third-party integrations (Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Chargebee, hardware/POS APIs).
• Queued/scheduled jobs with reliability patterns (retries, exponential backoff, reconciliation of permanently failed records).
