The company is building a next-generation platform to help 1 million employees prevent burnout by automating wellbeing workflows at scale. Based in Amsterdam, they’re developing a completely new version of the platform from September onwards, including AI-driven features like matching users with the right coach.

What They're Looking For
- 5+ years' professional development experience
- Competency with React or Vue
- Confident communicator - leads conversations, summarises trade-offs, and can guide technical decisions
- Comfortable taking ownership of the full codebase
- Product-thinking mindset - experience working in user-facing environments (not just API/backend-only roles)
- Based near Amsterdam - able to come into the office once a week
- Startup or scale-up background
- Previous exposure to AI-based features or projects
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers
