Qualifications

• Strong frontend experience shipping complex, production UIs using React/TypeScript or equivalent.
• Comfortable working on the backend when the work requires it.
• Has owned ambiguous, zero-to-one product work from problem definition to launch without a PM or a prescriptive backlog.
• Has worked closely with designers using Figma and has taste and opinions about UX.
• Has worked across functions such as legal, safety, growth, and design to ship, and keeps stakeholders updated without prompting.
• Weighs trade-offs and makes pragmatic decisions where there is no single right answer.
• Builds so that new models can be swapped in as they land.
