Summary
Builds and modernizes enterprise .NET applications at GBIT in Hyderabad: developing ASP.NET Core/Angular web apps, REST APIs, and Azure Functions, working with SQL Server/Entity Framework for data-heavy systems, and handling OAuth/JWT security, code reviews, mentoring, and CI/CD/DevOps activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Core, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, and DevExpress.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API/Core for web, mobile, and third-party systems.
- Modernize legacy applications and migrate APIs/modules to ASP.NET Core and Azure.
- Develop Azure Functions/WebJobs to replace scheduled .NET jobs.
- Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, T-SQL, and stored procedures for data-intensive applications.
- Implement OAuth 2.0, JWT, API versioning, validation, logging, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture decisions, mentoring, and CI/CD/DevOps activities.
Required Skills
- Strong C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core/Web API experience.
- Hands-on Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout.js, and DevExpress.
- Strong SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, and REST API skills.
- Experience with Azure App Service, Functions, WebJobs, and APIM.
- Knowledge of OAuth/JWT, API security, Swagger/OpenAPI, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Experience working with legacy enterprise applications and modernization projects.
