Responsibilities
Software Development & Delivery- Build and enhance APIs, integrations, and core platform functionality.
- Develop cloud-native solutions and optimise system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensure applications are secure, maintainable, and aligned with best engineering practices.
- Participate in architecture decisions and contribute to the evolution of the technology stack.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions and multi-tenant platforms.
- Define technical standards, coding practices, and development methodologies.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Own and influence the technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimisation.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical Expertise- Extensive experience in full-stack software development, with strong backend and frontend engineering capabilities.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages, frameworks, and web technologies.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Expertise in database design, optimisation, and data modelling.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient software architectures.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and multi-tenant application design.
- Experience balancing hands-on development with strategic technical decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and modern software delivery practices.
