Harrington Starr is working with an innovative fintech software company seeking a Software Developer to join its growing technology team.
This role offers the opportunity to build and enhance a modern SaaS platform used by financial institutions to automate complex data reconciliation, reporting, and operational processes. Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle while gaining exposure to modern cloud technologies and scalable application architecture.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions across both front-end and back-end systems
- Building scalable applications using C#, .NET, React, and Microsoft Azure
- Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful features
- Developing and consuming APIs while working with modern database technologies
- Contributing to technical discussions, planning sessions, and solution design
- Writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews
- Helping improve platform performance, scalability, and development practices
What we're looking for:
- Commercial software development experience with C# and modern .NET
- Experience building front-end applications using React
- Knowledge of databases, APIs, and modern web application architecture
- Exposure to cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A desire to learn, develop, and contribute to a growing technology function
