Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using Spring Boot, React.js, and Java.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding standards, security, scalability, and performance.
- Oversee the technical design, code reviews, and implementation of microservices-based architectures.
- Conduct performance tuning, application troubleshooting, and optimization to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying updated on emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
- Guide the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment cycles.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in Spring Boot framework for developing enterprise-level applications.
- Strong experience in building responsive front-end applications using React.js, including state management and component architecture.
- Advanced expertise in Java for backend development and database integration.
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture (Microservices is a mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and integrating cloud-native solutions.
