Full-Stack Engineer — Healthcare AI & EMR (Night Shift)

DCC Consultants provides offshore corporate services to its partner healthcare organizations in the United States. We provide these services in marketing, communications, accounting, financial planning, revenue cycle management, information technology, and clinical support.

Job Description

• Develop and maintainfull stack web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js,Express.js, and PostgreSQL.
  
• Buildsecure, scalable, and maintainable backend APIs for EMR/EHR platforms.
  
• Createresponsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces for healthcareprofessionals, administrative staff, and internal users.
  
• Design, manage, andoptimize relational database schemas in PostgreSQL.
  
• Writeefficient SQL queries using joins, indexes, transactions, storedprocedures, and query optimization techniques.
  
• Develop featuresrelated to patient records, appointment scheduling, clinicaldocumentation, billing, reporting, dashboards, and user management.
  
• Support the developmentand integration of AI-powered healthcare features, such asautomated reporting, clinical workflow assistance, intelligentsearch, data summarization,predictive insights, and operational automation.
  
• Integrate AI/ML APIs,large language model tools, or third-party AI services where required.
  
• Workwith structured and unstructured healthcare data to supportanalytics, automation, and AI-assisted modules.
  
• Implementauthentication, authorization, audit trails, and role-basedaccess control.
  
• Followsecure coding practices when working with sensitive healthcaredata and PHI.
  
• Integrate third-partyAPIs and healthcare-related services when required.
  
• Debug,troubleshoot, and resolve frontend, backend, AI-integration, anddatabase-related issues.
  
• Writeclean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  
• Participate in codereviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning.
  
• Support deployment, bugfixing, performance optimization, and application maintenanceactivities
  

Requirements

WorkExperience:

• 4 years ofhands-on experience in full stack software development.
• Strong experiencewith React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, andPostgreSQL

• Bachelor’sdegree in computer science, Software Engineering,Information Technology, or a related field ispreferred.

• Experienceworking on healthcare software, EMR/EHR systems, patientmanagement systems, medical billing systems, or clinicalworkflow applications.
• Understanding ofPHI, HIPAA concepts, healthcare data privacy, orcompliance-related software practices.
• Experienceintegrating AI/ML APIs, large language models, chatbots,intelligent automation tools, or healthcare analyticsfeatures.
• Experience withPython for AI/ML, data processing, automation, or backendservices
• Familiarity withAI concepts such as natural language processing, dataclassification, summarization, recommendation systems, orpredictive analytics.
• Experience withTypeScript.
• Experience withcloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience withDocker, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, or DevOpsworkflows.
• Experience withreporting dashboards, analytics modules, patient portals,claims, billing, or appointment systems.
• Experience withtesting frameworks and writing unit, integration, or APItests.
• Familiarity withUI libraries or frameworks such as Material UI, Tailwind CSS,Bootstrap, or similar.
• Knowledge ofperformance optimization, caching, logging, andmonitoring.

Workdays: Monday- Friday

Work hours: 6pm –3 am PKT (Night shift)

GrossSalary (USD): $ 800 - $850
