Full Stack Engineer
Summary
Build and maintain a real-time roadside assistance platform using WordPress, Flutter, Node.js, Python, and React, with a focus on technical SEO and telecom integrations.
Company: HinoGo Oy
Location: Tampere, Finland (Initial Hybrid transition to On-Site work in Helsinki)
Compensation: €2,200 / month
About the Role
HinoGo Oy is an agile startup developing a next-generation real-time roadside assistance and
mobility platform. As we actively prepare our single core product for international expansion, we
are looking for a versatile Full Stack Web & Mobile Engineer to join our development team.
Because our technical ecosystem powers a single, high-performance platform, this role requires
strong, hands-on contributions across both web and mobile layers. A central technical pillar
involves maintaining and scaling our deep custom WordPress infrastructure (custom themes,
complex plugin architecture, and advanced technical SEO) alongside our modern mobile
(Flutter) and backend stacks.
We prioritize practical problem-solving, hands-on architectural experience, and production-
shipped code over purely theoretical credentials.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced WordPress Architecture: Develop, maintain, and refactor custom WordPress
themes from scratch and maintain a large, complex set of custom PHP/JavaScript
plugins powering business logic and portals.
WordPress Technical SEO & Tracking: Implement and maintain deep technical SEO
architectures within WordPress (clean structure, page speed optimization, schema
markup), integrated with Google Ads API, Google Tag Manager, and conversion
tracking.
Full-Stack & Mobile Development: Build and maintain web backend/frontend services
and cross-platform mobile app features using Node.js, Python, React, and Flutter.
UI/UX to Production Code: Translate Figma wireframes and UI designs directly into
clean, performant, and responsive web and mobile components.
Workflows & AI Integration: Build robust automations using n8n and Cloudflare Workers,
while safely integrating modern AI tooling into daily pipelines and data operations.
Third-Party & API Integrations:
Payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, recurring subscriptions, Tap to Pay).
Real-time telecom workflows (e.g., Twilio for SMS/voice, Zadarma/VoIP for IVR
and PBX dispatch routing).
Server & Operations: Handle routine Linux cloud hosting environments, deployment
workflows, reporting scripts, and spatial/location-based data logic.
Requirements
Strong WordPress & PHP Expertise: Deep, practical experience building custom themes
and developing/maintaining large, modular custom WordPress plugins from scratch
(without relying on bloated page builders).
Strong Technical SEO for WordPress: Proven track record in on-page/technical SEO,
performance optimization, and marketing analytics integration (Google Tag Manager,
Google Ads API).
Full-Stack & Mobile Capabilities: Solid hands-on proficiency across modern stacks:
JavaScript/React, Node.js, Python, and Flutter.
Design-to-Code Execution: Proven capability to translate Figma mockups into
production-ready frontend code.
Multi-Role Mindset: Ability to handle multiple technical responsibilities within a focused,
single-product startup setup.
Language: Strong professional working proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Education: Degree or ongoing higher education studies in Software Engineering,
Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have (Added Advantages)
Experience with telecom/VoIP integrations (Twilio, Zadarma, PBX/IVR).
Familiarity with mapping or GIS tools (e.g., spatial routing logic, ArcGIS).
Basic working knowledge of Finnish (helpful for local documentation and administrative
tasks).
Active membership in professional computing or engineering bodies (e.g., IEEE, BCS).
What We Offer & Work Conditions
Global Exposure: Opportunity to collaborate directly with an international technical team
on a live, expanding platform.
Hands-on Multi-Stack Exposure: Real-world cross-functional experience across web,
mobile, cloud infrastructure, and automated systems.
Work Arrangement: Initial short-term hybrid setup, transitioning to mandatory on-site
presence in the Helsinki region. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site/relocate
accordingly.
