We value technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer at the Mid-level or Senior tier — someone ready to take ownership and help engineer the backbone of modern financial technology.

The Role

We’re looking for experienced developers — from a Mid-level Developer who can independently own features end-to-end, to a Senior Developer who can lead technical decisions and elevate the entire team. Regardless of level, you’ll work closely with our product and design teams to build robust, scalable web and mobile banking applications. Your responsibilities and ownership will scale with your experience.

What You’ll Do

• Discuss client requirements and coordinate proposed solutions with the product and technical team


• Contribute to the overall architecture of web and mobile applications for banking and fintech platforms


• Develop and maintain APIs to support mobile and web functionality, ensuring performance, security, and reliability


• Collaborate with the technical team to design, build, and launch new features across iOS and Android platforms


• Integrate front-end UI elements with server-side components, addressing both front-end and back-end requirements


• Maintain application quality, code integrity, readability, responsiveness, and proper documentation


• Identify and resolve bugs, troubleshoot UI and back-end issues, and continuously improve application performance and usability


• Implement security measures and data protection standards in line with fintech regulatory requirements


• Stay current with best practices, tools, and trends in full stack and mobile development


• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute ideas and innovations for future product development

For Senior applicants: Lead technical architecture across multiple products, mentor mid-level developers, establish engineering standards, and champion best practices across the organization.

Experience Levels

Mid-level 4–5 years of experience

You can independently own features end-to-end, build and integrate APIs, and collaborate fluently with designers and other developers. You write clean, maintainable code and advocate for technical quality.

Senior 5+ years of experience

You lead development across complex, multi-product systems, define architecture and engineering standards, and actively mentor mid-level teammates. You have a track record of delivering scalable, high-quality work in fast-moving environments — ideally in fintech or banking.

What We’re Looking For (All Levels)

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field


• Extensive knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and related web technologies


• Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git (GitHub, GitLab, or similar)


• Strong experience with API development, integration, and documentation (RESTful APIs)


• Proficiency in Node.js frameworks such as ExpressJS, AdonisJS, or SailsJS


• Experience with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS or AngularJS


• Familiarity with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL


• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention-to-detail skills


• Ability to quickly learn, interpret, and execute technical plans


• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively as a team player

Nice to Have

• Mobile development experience (Android and iOS SDKs) — strongly preferred; fintech or banking app development is a major plus


• Experience with back-end technologies such as PHP alongside Node.js


• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Jasmine, Chai, or Mocha


• Knowledge of Webpack and modern front-end build tools


• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Pivotal Tracker


• Familiarity with XML and data interchange formats


• Knowledge of responsive design principles using HTML and CSS


• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment working alongside product and design teams


• For Senior applicants: experience leading engineering teams, managing technical contractors, or building scalable development workflows
