Full Stack Engineer
Summary
A Madrid-based Full Stack Engineer role taking end-to-end ownership of business-critical web applications: developing Spring Boot backends and Angular frontends while also handling deployment, Linux infrastructure, CI/CD, and production support with RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Docker/Kubernetes and AWS.
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong Spring Boot and Angular experience to take end-to-end ownership of business-critical web applications, from software development to deployment, infrastructure and production operations.
This is not a traditional Full Stack role. We are looking for an engineer who is comfortable working across the entire application lifecycle: developing Spring Boot backend services and Angular frontends, managing Linux environments, working with RabbitMQ and PostgreSQL, and supporting applications in production .
You will combine software engineering, infrastructure and DevOps practices to build, operate and continuously improve reliable enterprise applications.

What you'll do
- Design, develop and maintain Spring Boot backend services and Angular applications
- Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations
- Manage and troubleshoot RabbitMQ messaging environments
- Work with PostgreSQL and relational data models
- Administer and maintain the Linux infrastructure supporting the applications
- Monitor application and infrastructure health, performance and availability
- Troubleshoot incidents across application, messaging, database and infrastructure layers
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Coordinate application deployments and releases across environments
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes-based environments
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions
- Improve application reliability, performance, security and maintainability
- Maintain technical and operational documentation
What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Java & Spring Boot
- Solid experience developing applications with Angular
- Experience administering or troubleshooting Linux environments
- Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs
- Experience with Git and CI/CD
- Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of AWS
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in production
- Ability to troubleshoot across the full technology stack
- Proven C1 English level
