Our trusted EdTech partner, supporting over 600 million users across 100 countries, is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to help deliver the next generation of AI-powered language learning and assessment products.
Recent experience developing Chat or Messaging applications within the Education or Learning sector is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, React and AWS.
- Contribute to technical architecture, solution design and engineering best practice.
- Build high-quality, secure and performant software through short delivery iterations.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA and Engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor engineers and continuously improve the platform.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for engineers, not just developers. You'll understand how software performs in production and be comfortable making architectural decisions and balancing technical trade-offs.
- Chat or Messaging platform integration
- Observability (logs, metrics, tracing and performance monitoring)
- Software architecture and distributed systems/microservices
- AI / LLM integration, with an understanding of model capabilities and limitations—not just using AI to generate code.
Highly desirable:
- EdTech or Education experience
- Java
- Terraform
- LangChain, Bedrock, SageMaker or similar GenAI tooling
- OAuth / JWT
