Core Requirements
- Backend: 5+ years in Java (OOP, Spring Boot, Microservices) and Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django, async, performance profiling).
- Frontend: 3+ years in React or Angular (component design, state management, WCAG, Jest, Playwright).
- GenAI & Agentic AI (1+ yr): Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, Agentic workflows (CrewAI, LangGraph), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI safety/guardrails.
- Data & Architecture: RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and Vector DBs.
- DevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Apache Kafka, and LLM workload cost/performance optimization.
- Tooling: IntelliJ/Eclipse, Postman, Git, Cucumber, Vite/Webpack.
