Full Stack Engineer - Java/React
Summary
Builds and maintains full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot for backend microservices and REST APIs, and React.js for frontend micro-frontends, with support for relational databases and cross-layer troubleshooting.
Role:
We're hiring a full-stack engineer with strong hands-on experience across Java/Spring Boot and React.js. You'll contribute across the complete application flow, from React micro-frontends and REST APIs to Spring Boot microservices and relational databases.
Responsibilities: Build and enhance backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Design and develop REST APIs and microservices. Develop reusable frontend features using React.js and JavaScript. Build and integrate micro frontend applications. Work with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or MySQL. Troubleshoot issues across frontend, API, backend and database layers. Write clean, maintainable and testable code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards. Collaborate with developers, QA, architects and business stakeholders. Work within an Agile delivery environment.
Required Skills: 5 years of software development experience. Strong recent hands-on experience with Java. Practical experience with Spring Boot. Experience developing REST APIs and microservices. Strong hands-on development experience with React.js. Experience developing or integrating micro frontends. Good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with Git and standard software engineering practices.
