This role involves working across both backend and frontend technologies, contributing to system modernization, and improving efficiency through automation and microservices.**Key Responsibilities :**Build and support backend and frontend applications using Java (11/17/21) and ReactJSDevelop and maintain microservices and APIsModernize legacy systems by migrating from mainframe and IBM WebSphere to scalable microservices architecturesImprove system efficiency by increasing Straight-Through-Processing (STP)Reduce testing costs through automation frameworksContribute to overall system design, scalability, and performance improvements**Required Skills & Experience :**Strong experience with Java 11+ (Java 17+ preferred)Hands-on experience with KubernetesProficiency in GitStrong command of Unix/Linux systems and CLIExperience with databases and SQL (Oracle preferred)Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture**Nice to Have :**Experience with JavaScript and ReactExposure to DevOps environmentsKnowledge of application monitoring toolsFamiliarity with Spring / Spring Boot
