Job Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment. You will work across both back-end and front-end technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance customer experiences. The role emphasizes clean coding, agile practices, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning to align on deliverables and timelines.
- Build, test, and deploy microservices and web applications with strong focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Participate in R&D or Innovation sprints to explore emerging technologies and improve technical expertise.
- Monitor and maintain application performance, debugging issues, and ensuring system stability.
- Communicate effectively with program and project managers, providing clear technical inputs on timelines and progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands‑on Full Stack Development experience (non‑negotiable).
- Back End: 2–3 years of Java and Spring Boot experience (non‑negotiable).
- 2–3 years of ReactJS and NodeJS development experience (non‑negotiable).
- Strong coding ability (mandatory coding exam).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes deployment and management.
- Familiar with architectural patterns (Pub/Sub, Queues, APIs, Databases).
- Understanding of API design and UI/UX development.
- Strong focus on code quality, testing, and maintainable solutions.
Preferred / Advantageous
- Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Exposure to microservices or distributed systems.
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, RHOCP).
- Familiarity with serverless architecture and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
