Full Stack Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for highly skilled Full Stack Developers to join the iDeploy Engineering team and contribute to the next generation of Airtel‘s enterprise-scale digital transformation platforms.

The selected candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable, secure, and performance-driven web applications supporting end-to-end telecom deployment, project governance, workflow automation, inventory integration, and analytics.

This role requires strong expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on Angular 19+, Node.js/NestJS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Microservices, and Enterprise Integrations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Frontend Development

• Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Angular 19+.
• Build modern user interfaces using Standalone Components, Signals, and Signal-based State Management.
• Develop reusable UI components, directives, pipes, and shared libraries.
• Implement Reactive Forms, Template-Driven Forms, Routing, Lazy Loading, Route Guards, Dependency Injection, and HTTP Interceptors.
• Utilize Angular‘s latest template control flow features such as @if, @for, and @switch.
• Ensure responsive design and compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Optimize UI performance, rendering efficiency, and user experience.

2. Backend Development

• Develop robust and scalable applications using Node.js, ExpressJS, and NestJS.
• Design and build secure REST APIs and Microservices.
• Implement API versioning, middleware, request validation, exception handling, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, third-party services, and external APIs.
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design activities.

3. Database Development

• Design and maintain MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
• Develop efficient schemas, aggregation pipelines, and complex SQL queries.
• Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, partitioning, and performance analysis.
• Implement transactional processing, data integrity checks, and scalable data access patterns.

4. Security & Governance

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms including JWT, OAuth2, RBAC, ACL, and SSO.
• Ensure secure coding practices and adherence to security standards.
• Develop audit logging, access controls, and compliance-related features.

5. DevOps & Support

• Support CI/CD implementation using Jenkins or similar tools.
• Deploy and manage applications across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Work on Linux-based environments and application hosting configurations.
• Participate in production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.

• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience building high-volume, transaction-intensive business applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive solutions end-to-end.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience in telecom, workflow management, enterprise platforms, or digital transformation projects will be preferred.
• Exposure to Kafka or event-driven architecture will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
