Full Stack Engineer (Mid - Level)

We are hiring on behalf of our client Full Stack Engineer (Mid – Level).

The Full Stack Engineer will join a dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of reliable, scalable web applications. The role involves working across both frontend and backend technologies, developing new features, integrating databases and APIs, and contributing to code quality, testing, and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js.
  
• Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable UI components.
  
• Work with server-side and client-side rendering where appropriate.
  
• Implement structured styling using SCSS and CSS Modules.
  
• Optimize frontend performance, usability, and application responsiveness.
  

Backend Development

• Design and develop scalable backend services using.NET and C#.
  
• Build and maintain Minimal APIs and RESTful services.
  
• Implement business logic, validation, authentication, and data integrations.
  
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external APIs.
  
• Ensure backend services are secure, reliable, and performant.
  
• Contribute to API documentation and development standards.
  

Database & Data Management

• Work with PostgreSQL to develop and maintain data-driven applications.
  
• Design efficient queries, data models, and database indexes.
  
• Monitor and improve database performance where required.
  
• Develop data processing and serialization solutions.
  
• Work with structured and unstructured data as part of application and reporting requirements.
  

Testing & Code Quality

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
  
• Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and resolve defects.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve application stability, performance, and maintainability.
  

Team Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  
• Break down requirements into actionable technical tasks and provide realistic estimates.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Contribute to technical discussions and help identify effective solutions to business requirements.
  
• Participate in Bitbucket pull requests and code reviews.
  

• Undertake any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in full stack web development.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Strong experience with C# and .NET.
  
• Practical experience with React and Next.js.
  
• Good understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
  
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
  
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Git and Bitbucket.
  
• Experience with AWS ecosystem

• Understanding of automated testing and software development best practices.
  
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Good understanding of clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
